About Us

Richview Park is a residential neighborhood in Tallahassee, Florida founded in 1991. Our neighborhood consists of 154 duplex townhouses, each individually owned. The subdivision is conveniently located between two main roads, East Park Avenue and Apalachee Parkway.

Our Mission

The mission of the Richview Park HOA is to enhance the quality of life through effective leadership. The Association aims to keep our community welcoming, beautiful, and safe by communicating with the homeowners and enforcing the Covenants and rules to preserve property values.
